Glen S. Kennedy Sr., age 61 of West Branch, passed away Friday, June 15, 2012 at West Branch Regional Medical Center. Glen had lived in West Branch for the past 35 years, formerly of Beecher. He was a life member of the N.A. Hunt Club and he enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping, sporting events, football and spending time with his family and grandchildren.

Glen is survived by his children, Tricia (Dave) Smith and Glen (Joellyn) Kennedy both of West Branch, grandchildren, Alexis, Caitlin, Madison, Kody, Isabella, Joshua, Adian, Brady and Brynn. Also surviving is his brothers Clifford (Sue) Kennedy of Flint and Walter Goniwicha of Portland, OR, his sisters Susan (Ed) Morrish , Bonnie Sanback and Sally McCary all of West Branch and many nieces, nephews and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, Glen Kennedy and Shirley Goniwicha .

Visitation at the Steuernol & McLaren Funeral Home in West Branch will begin Tuesday, June 19, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. until the time of the service at 2:00 p.m. Pastor Rick Lopez will officiate.
