Joyce E. Keranen, age 80 of Lupton, passed away Wednesday, July 18, 2012 at her home. Joyce enjoyed reading, collecting recipes from family and friends, taking day trips with family, softball, bowling and listening to her husband play the guitar.

Joyce is survived by her daughters, Robin (Michael) Hannon of Palmetto, FL., and Jill Allyn of Warren, grandchildren, Shannon (Steve) Adams and Aaron (Erin) Marinco and 5 great-grandchildren, Brendan, Noah and Olivia Adams and Anthony and Nicholas Marinco. She was preceded in death by her husband Arne Keranen, her parents Dorral & Hope Goforth and her brother Duane Goforth.

Visitation at the Steuernol & McLaren Funeral Home in West Branch will begin on Friday, July 20, 2012 from 3-9 p.m. The Funeral will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday at the funeral home. Rev. Dan Stoneback will officiate with burial following at Brookside Cemetery, West Branch.
