Betty Jean Mynarcik

Betty Jean Mynarcik, age 83, passed away on Monday, April 30, 2018 at The Lighthouse in Roscommon. She was born on April 17, 1935 in Grayling, MI to Clarence and Eden (Smallwood) Small. Betty has lived in St. Helen since 1971, formerly of Chesaning, MI. She attended the Community Baptist Church in St. Helen. Betty enjoyed restoring furniture, playing scrabble, reading the bible, and was a good cook.

Betty is survived by her children: John (Cindy) Sutter of St. Helen, Kandy (Richard) Rider of Chesaning, Debra Sutter of Hale, Ricky (Joni) Mynarcik of Whitmore Lake, Penny Mynarcik of Stewart, FL, Jerry (Pam) Mynarcik of St. Helen, Joey (Char) Mynarcik of St. Helen, Patti Winters of Kalamazoo; 25 grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren; siblings, John (Dorothy) Small of Grayling and Mae Niederer of Grayling; and several nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, Jerry, and siblings, Clarence, Jim, Tom and Ilace.

Visitation will be at the Steuernol & McLaren Funeral Home in St. Helen on Thursday, May 3, 2018 beginning at 11:00 a.m. until the time of service at 1:00 p.m. Pastor Ken Peterson will officiate. Burial will follow at Fairview Cemetery.
