Gale Walker Young

Gale Walker Young, age 90, passed away on Friday, March 1, 2019 at MidMichigan Medical Center in Midland. He was born on October 5, 1928 in Flint to Galon and Lillian (Dail) Young. Bud lived in Rose City since 1974, formerly of Plymouth. He served in the United States Army and Marines during the Korean War. Bud enjoyed golfing, building and flying remote controlled airplanes and was an avid guitar player.

Bud is survived by his son, Rick (Teri) Young of West Branch; granddaughter, April Griffus; nephew, Gale Gene Young; and niece, Belinda Watt. He is preceded in death by his parents, wife, Wilma in 2015, great granddaughter, Natasha Lynn Griffus, and brother, Gene Young.

Per his wishes, cremation has taken place and no service will be held.
