Gary Alfred Schwartz

Gary Alfred Schwartz, age 70, passed away on Monday, April 9, 2018 at his home in Rose City, MI. He was born on October 17, 1947 in Bay City, MI to Laurence and Adolphina (Szeszulski) Schwartz. Gary married Victoria Wittbrodt in Bay City on June 22, 1968. He worked for General Motors and retired after 30 years of employment. He enjoyed being around the house taking care of the lawn and was very meticulous and a crafty person.

Gary is survived by his loving wife of 49 years, Victoria Schwartz of Rose City, MI; daughter, Lori (Fred) Poole of Meridian, MS; grandsons, Devon Poole and Jack Schwartz; and daughter in law, Kim Schwartz of Bay City, MI. He is preceded in death by his parents and son, Daniel Schwartz.

The funeral fervice will be held at the Steuernol & McLaren Funeral Home in Rose City on Wednesday, April 11, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. with visitation starting at 11:00 a.m. Deacon Glen Painter will officiate. Burial will be at Floral Gardens Cemetery in Bay City.

Memorial Contributions can be made to St. Jude Children’s Hospital.
