Violet Cozetta Tellefsen

Violet “Kitty” Cozetta Tellefsen, age 84, passed away on Thursday, October 25, 2018 at the Horizon Senior Living in St. Helen, MI. She had lived in St. Helen since 1998, formerly of Sterling Heights. Violet was born on November 28, 1933 in Butler County, MO to Frank and Helen (Brannon) Williamson. She married Carl Tellefsen in Pocahontas, AR on March 8, 1958. She was a member of the Snow Packers of St. Helen and enjoyed being outdoors, sewing, gardening and animals.

Violet is survived by her loving husband of 60 years, Carl Tellefsen; children, Ed Tellefsen, Connie (Bill) Cranmore, Bonnie Guthre, Sandy Lane, and Tammy Strauchman; and several grandchildren and great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents.

Visitation at Steuernol & McLaren Funeral Home in St. Helen will be on Saturday, October 27, 2018 from 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. Burial will be at Fairview Cemetery.
