A. Irvadene Wangler

A. Irvadene Wangler, age 92, passed away on Friday, July 13, 2018 at the Horizon in West Branch, MI. She was born on August 2, 1925 in Flint, MI to C. Harold and Helen (Bricker) Evans. Irvadene married Willard Wangler in West Branch on December 30, 1944. She was a member of the Holy Family Catholic Church, Catholic Council of Women, and volunteered at Hospice of Helping Hands.

Irvadene is survived by her husband of 73 years, Willard Wangler of West Branch; children, Roger (Stephanie) Wangler of Prescott, MI, Paul (Jean) Wangler of West Branch, Marsha (Thomas) Schnautz of West Branch, Roxann (James) Moore of St. Petersburg, FL, and Edward Wangler of West Branch; 9 grandchildren and their families, Kim (Tom) Buhlman of Rose City, MI, Teri (Jeff) Greib of Plymouth, MI, Bo (Karen) Wangler of West Branch, Jason (Renee) Wangler of Saline, MI, Ted (Delta) Wangler of West Branch, John Raymond of Mooresville, IN, Heath Raymond of Allegan, MI, Katy (Cory) DiGiacomo of Sherman Oaks, CA and Joey (Katie) Weber of West Branch; 18 great grandchildren, 9 great great grandchildren, and 1 great great great granchild. She is preceded in death by her parents and daughter in law, Kathryn Wangler.

Visitation at Steuernol & McLaren Funeral Home in West Branch will begin on Monday, July 16, 2018 from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with a rosary at 6:00 p.m. The funeral mass will be held at Holy Family Catholic Church on Tuesday, July 17, 2018 at 10:30 a.m. with visitation starting at 9:30 a.m. Father Matthew Wigton will officiate. Burial will follow at Holy Family Catholic Cemetery.
