Alan R. Brown

Alan R. Brown, age 51 of St. Helen, passed away Friday February 19, 2010 at West Branch Regional Medical Center. Alan had lived in St. Helen since 1987, formerly of Port Huron. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, NASCAR, and collecting Sponge Bob memorabilia. Alan is survived by sister, Constance (Theodore) Golubinski of Smith Creek, MI, brother, John M. (Shirley) Brown of Fort Gratiot Twp, MI, sister, Carol Monahan of Baltimore, MD, brother, Perry (Sandy) Brown of Ada, MI and sister, Marjorie Thomas of St. Helen. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews. Alan is preceded in death by sister, Janet Henderson. Visitation at the Steuernol & McLaren Funeral Home in St. Helen will begin on Tuesday, February 23, 2010 from 11:00 am until time of service at 1:00 PM. Rev. Rodney Morrison, Pastor will officiate. Memorial Contributions may be made to the family.
