Alexander A. Zabarcki

Alexander A. Zabarcki, age 82, of West Branch, passed away Thursday, December 13, 2007 at his home. He had been a resident of West Branch since 1980, formerly of Birch Run. He served in the Army during WWII. He loved NASCAR, fishing and having a good time. Alexander is survived by his children, Alan (Melissa) Zabarcki of Gaylord, Rita Berger of Breckenridge, Walter (Dee) McKnight of Standish, Silvia (Mike) O'Connor of Caro, Michael (Karen) McKnight of Montrose and Tad (Shirley) McKnight of Bridgeport, several grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Rose in 2002. Visitation at the Steuernol & McLaren Funeral Home in West Branch will begin at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, December 17, 2007 until the time of the service at 1:00 p.m. Rev. Dan Stoneback will officiate.
