Alexander "Big Al" Powarowski Jr.

"Big Al" passed away at West Branch Regional Medical Center. He had been a resident of St. Helen since 1974. He graduated from Pershing High School in 1956. He retired from the Ford Wixom Plant on September 1, 2000 and was a member of the American Legion Post #416 of St. Helen. He is survived by a daughter Dawn Rosner and grandchildren--Michaella and Julian Rosner all of Acadia, CA. Visitation will begin Tuesday, February 4, 2003 from 2-9 P.M. at the funeral home in St. Helen. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday February 5, 2003, 11:00 A.M. at St. Helen Catholic Church in St. Helen. Burial will follow at Fairview Cemetery, St. Helen.
