Alice Marie Muringer

Alice Marie Muringer, age 82, passed away on Friday, November 24, 2017 at Covenant Healthcare in Saginaw, MI. She had lived in Prescott, MI for the past 7 years, formerly of Grand Marais, MI. Alice was born on August 10, 1935 in Bay City, MI to Francis and Henrietta (Nickel) Goyett. She married Wayne G. Muringer on June 29, 1957. Together they raised their family and enjoyed life later on wintering in Florida, where they made a lot of friends. Alice enjoyed cooking, baking, and playing cards and games.

Alice is survived by her loving husband, Wayne Muringer of Prescott; sons, Gerald (Renita) Muringer of Prescott and Wayne (Charlotte) Muringer of Saginaw; grandchildren, Christopher Muringer, Jacob Muringer, Alicia Ranger, Michael Bunker, Crystal Peters, Amber Peters and Amberlee Pruit; 19 great grandchildren; and sister, Nancy Thompson. She is preceded in death by her parents, brothers, John, Joe and Wink, and sisters, Betty and Mary.

Cremation has taken place and no service is scheduled at this time.
