Alta Faye Harrison

Alta Faye Harrison, age 86, passed away on Sunday, September 28, 2014 at the Horizon Assisted Living in St. Helen, MI. Faye had lived in St. Helen for just a year and was formerly from Anchorage, AK for the past 32 years. She was born to William and Thelma (Chambers) Bowen on March 10, 1928 in Winchester, KY. Faye was a member of the Eastern Star and enjoyed reading, garage sales, and sweets.

Faye is survived by her son, Wayne (Roberta) Snyder of St. Helen, MI; grandchildren: Hannah (Derek) VanderRoest, Wayne Jr. (Tammy) Snyder, and Danielle DeMonaco; great granddaughters: Madison, Jocelyn, and Kate; and sister: Willa Thomas.

Cremation has taken place and private services have been held.
