Anita M. Becker

Anita M. Becker age 75 of West Branch, passed away Sunday, July 25, 2010 at Bortz Health Care in West Branch. Anita had lived in the West Branch-Gladwin area since 1973, formerly of Linden. She traveled the 48 inter-continental states and she enjoyed playing cards and bingo. Anita is survived by her children, Diana Owens of Jacksonville, FL, Bonnie (Tony) Jameson of West Branch, John (Jeanette) Becker of Beaverton and Della (Jim) Cornell of Grand Blanc, grandchildren, Joe, Michael, Carol, Kristy and Kayla and great-grandchildren, Brittany, Brooke, Stormy and Paxton. Also surviving are her brothers, Jim Berry and Darrel Berry both of Linden. She was preceded in death by her husband Eugene Becker in 1982, her son Jeffrey Becker, grandson Chuck Becker and her sister, Carol Berry. Visitation at the Steuernol & McLaren Funeral Home in West Branch will begin on Wednesday, July 28, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. until the time of the service at 1:00 p.m. Pastor Dan Stoneback will officiate. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association.
