Anthony Joseph Hoffman

Anthony Joseph Hoffman, age 78, passed away on Monday, December 26, 2016 at St. Mary’s of Michigan in Saginaw, MI. He had lived in St. Helen, MI since 2008, formerly of Saratoga, WY. Anthony was born on August 12, 1938 to Linus and Elizabeth (Romisosky) Hoffman in Isabella County, MI. On June 20, 2003 he married Lois Abbott in Cheyenne, WY. He joined the Air Force at the age of 17 where he served in the Vietnam War. Anthony retired as a T/Sgt. from the Air Force after serving for 8 years and retired from the Wyoming Air Force National Guard after serving for 15 years. He was in the military and civilian service in the fire protection branch and the US Air Force for a total of 27 years. Anthony supported and volunteered at Charlton Heston Academy in St. Helen. He enjoyed traveling, history, airplanes, fishing, and learning new things.

Anthony is survived by his wife, Lois Hoffman of St. Helen, MI; 2 daughters; 1 son; and 3 step children. He is preceded in death by his parents and 1 daughter.

A Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
