Barbara Jean Olson

Barbara J. Olson, age 66 of West Branch, passed away Thursday, March 8, 2012 at her home. Barbara had lived in West Branch since 2001, formerly of Prescott. She worked as a registered nurse at U of M Hospital and was a member of Trinity Episcopal Church in West Branch. Barbara enjoyed arts and crafts, especially painting, and she collected angels. She had a “heart of gold.” Barbara is survived by her husband Tom Olson of West Branch, her brother Jack Wilson of Coral Springs, FL, her sister Marilyn Wilson of Livonia and her nephews Mark Wilson of Livonia and Shaun Wilson of Maryland. A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, March 19, 2012 at the Trinity Episcopal Church in West Branch. Rev. Philip A. Seitz will officiate.
