Bethany Joan Weber, 87, passed away on Monday, October 12, 2020 at her daughter’s home in West Branch, MI.

Beth was born in Edwards Township to Glen and Beulah Miles, October 26, 1932. She married Willard E. Weber of Pontiac on June 30, 1950. Together they raised ten children. While raising the children, she earned the distinction of top salesperson numerous times in the United States for Playhouse Toy Company. Earning several new cars and a trip or two around the world.

Beth started working as a dish washer in the Dietary Department of Tolfree Memorial Hospital. With her strong work ethic, she was promoted numerous times and retired as the Nutrition Services Manager. Her love of Tolfree Memorial Hospital kept her busy with the Auxiliary for many years. Along with many other titles, she loved her position as the Hospital Gift Shop Manager and President of the Auxiliary. Beth was honored to have served on many committees working towards the transition of Tolfree Memorial Hospital to West Branch Regional Medical Center.

She was an avid fan of Tiger Baseball and looked forward to listening to all the of Spring Training through the regular baseball season.

She is survived by her children David (Peg) Weber of Chesterfield, Clifford (Arlene) Weber of Clarkston, Colleen (Tim) Benn of West Branch, Daniel Weber of Houghton, Patricia (Claude) Rohrer of West Branch, Brian (Dawn) Weber of Chesterfield, Laura (Mike) Schorn of West Branch and Todd Boris of Dearborn. She loved to hear the pitter patter of her 27 grandchildren and 34 great grandchildren at every family function.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Willard, sons James Weber Shurtz, Paul Weber and Kenneth Weber, granddaughter, Kristina Waddell, sister, Gwen Teelander and brother, Lowell Miles.

Memorial Services will be held on Sunday, October 18, 2020 at 1:00 p.m. at the Edwards Township Hall.

In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations be made to the United States Library of Congress, Service for the Blind.
