Bettylou Adelaide Cox

Betty Lou Adelaide Cox, age 87, of St Helen, MI, passed away at home in Palm Bay, FL on Thursday, October 14, 2021.

Betty Lou was born on March 21,1934 to the late Robert Hurst Sr. and Florence Hurst of Flushing, MI.

Betty Lou moved to St Helen in 1967 where she was a homemaker. Her favorite times were spent with her children. She loved bowling league, being outdoors on a pontoon, and cherished the four seasons of Michigan. Betty Lou also enjoyed her flowers and hummingbirds, both in Michigan and Florida where she lived her last 12 years.

She is survived by her children, Laura Cox Fisher, Cindy Lou (Dennis) Perry, Robert (Preston) Arnold, Tom (Charlene) Arnold, and Steve (Rae Ann) Cox. Also surviving are her 23 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren.

Visitation will be held at Steuernol & McLaren Funeral Home in St. Helen on Friday, October 22, 2021 from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Burial will be at Fairview Cemetery.
