Cathleen Grace Kacel

Cathleen Grace Kacel, age 71, passed away on Sunday, November 4, 2018 at her home in Lupton, MI. Cathy was born on March 29, 1947 in Cleveland, OH to Clyde and Catherine (Scherf) Dale. She has lived in Lupton since 2000, formerly of Clinton Twp., MI. Cathy married Lawrence Kacel in Mt. Clemens on August 3, 1968. She was a member of the Red Hat Society and the Mio Iris Arians. She enjoyed her grandchildren, crafts, sewing, gardening, collecting dolls, glassware, and vintage clothing. Cathy grew different orchids and loved spending time maintaining her flower beds.

Cathy is survived by her loving husband of 50 years, Larry Kacel of Lupton; daughters, Dawn Kacel of New Baltimore, MI, Melissa (Eric) Snyder of Harrison Twp., MI, and Lorie Kacel of Lupton; and grandchildren, Brittney Kacel and Katie Snyder.

A Memorial Service will be scheduled in the spring 2019.
