Clara P. Sergent

Mrs. Sergent passed away at Bortz Health Care in West Branch. She had lived in West Branch for all of her life. She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church and the Bourret Township Senior Center. She was an avid bingo and euchre player. Mrs. Sergent is survived by her children--Jeanne Hazard of Warren, Joseph (Pat) Sergent of Petoskey, Joyce (Joe) Kuhler of Gaines, Phyllis Earley of Flint, James (Mary Kay) Sergent of Eagle River, WI., Jack (Mary) Sergent of Owosso and Gary (Kathleen) Sergent of Traverse City. 24 grandchildren, 46 great-grandchildren, 2 great-great grandchildren and 103 immediate decendents. Visitation at the Steuernol & McLaren Funeral Home in West Branch will begin on Monday May 5, 2003 from 7-9 P.M., Tuesday from 1-9 P.M. and the Funeral Mass will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Wednesday at St. Joseph Catholic Church in West Branch. There will be a Scripture Service on Tuesday evening, 7:00 P.M. at the funeral home. Burial will be at Edwards Township Cemetery, West Branch.
