Clarence "Les" Leslie Stamm

Clarence Leslie Stamm, age 68, passed away suddenly at his home in West Branch, MI on Tuesday, October 20, 2015. Les was born to Clarence and Marcella (Ramsey) Stamm in Du Quoin, IL on July 24, 1947. He had lived in West Branch since 2000, formerly of Plymouth, MI. Les married Patricia Anne Carpenter in Plymouth on August 5, 1978. He retired from Ford Motor Company in 2000 after 34 years of employment. Les enjoyed traveling to FL and reading. He also owned and worked on classic cars. He was a Detroit Tigers fan, loved to golf, and loved spending time with all of his grandchildren.

Les is survived by his loving wife of 37 years, Patricia Stamm of West Branch, MI; daughters, Angela Hayworth of Warren, MI, Jennifer (Dan) Dillon of Warren, MI, Beth Ring of Warren, MI, and Ina Ring of Roseville, MI; grandchildren, Andrew Hayworth, Caleb (Kathryn) Hayworth, Adam Hayworth, Samuel Dillon, Lily Dillon, Luke Dillon, Cole Dillon, Sophia Dillon, Marina Ring, and Kaitlyn Ring; great granddaughter, Layla Hayworth; and sisters, Sherry (Larry) Forma of TX, Cyndi (David) Duncan of IL, and Marla Duffield of TX. He is preceded in death by his parents, Clarence and Marcella Stamm.

Visitation at Steuernol & McLaren Funeral Home in West Branch will begin on Saturday, October 24, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. until the time of service at 4:00 p.m. Rev. Rodney Morrison, Pastor will officiate.
