Claud L. Copeland

Mr. Copeland passed away at his home. He was a member of the Shriners, Scottish Rites, the Masons and he enjoyed golfing and fishing. He was a Ranger at the Dream Golf Course, a member of the Birch Pointe Golf Club, a Park Board Member for Richfield Township and he coached mens softball. He was a snowbird who wintered in the Tampa area since 1982. Mr. Copeland is survived by his wife Helen Copeland of St. Helen, daughters, Janis (Ron) Wambold of Mt. Clemens and Patti (Bob) Smith of West Palm Beach, FL., a stepson Dan (Ellen) Sentell of St.Helen, 7 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews, a sister, Lena Crowley of Benton, KY. and his mother, Vergie Crowley of Benton, KY. Visitation will begin on Wednesday June 11, 2003 at the Steuernol & McLaren Funeral Home in St. Helen from 3-8 P.M. The Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, 11:00 A.M. also at the Funeral Home. Pastor Ken Peteson will officiate with burial following at Fairview Cemetery, St. Helen. Memorial Contributions may be made tot he family.
