Daniel James Green

Daniel James Green, age 66, passed away on Sunday, April 26, 2015 in St. Helen, MI. He had lived in St. Helen since 1986, formerly of Birch Run, MI. Daniel was born to Joseph and Viola (Gage) Green on June 27, 1948 in Saginaw, MI. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, horses, his dogs, motorcycles, and being out in the woods. He loved people, especially children.

Daniel is survived by his loving wife, Elizabeth Green of St. Helen; children, Eric Green of Tacoma, WA, Rebecca (Ryon) Townsend of St. Helen, MI, Kathleen (Sam) Randall of Bad Axe, MI, and Jacqueline (Peter) Abajoli of Hanson, MA; grandchildren, RoseMary, Dakota Joy, Cadence, Gianna, and many adopted grandchildren; former spouse, Robin Green of St. Helen, MI; brothers, Larry (Kay) Green of St. Helen, MI; brother in law, Thomas McCormack of St. Helen, MI; and many nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his father, Joseph Green, mother, Viola Aldrich, sister, Kathleen McCormack, and brother, Charles Green.

Cremation has taken place per his wishes.
