David Albert Maxwell

David A. Maxwell, age 69, of Hale, MI was called to the Lord on Thursday, May 16, 2019. He was born on November 21, 1949 in West Branch to John and Gloria (Lauer) Maxwell. Dave was married to Karen L. Maxwell on November 2, 1984. Together they enjoyed 31 years living in St. Clair Shores while Dave worked for Chrysler, GM and Johnson Controls. They moved up to Hale to retire. Dave enjoyed hunting, fishing, and great times with family.

Dave is survived by his wife, Karen Maxwell of Hale; parents, John and Gloria Maxwell of Hale; children, Jay Maxwell of Sterling Heights, Paul Brady of Hale, Tracy Maxwell of Sterling Heights, and Daniel (Lauren) Maxwell of West Branch; grandchildren, Abigail and Jensen. He is preceded in death by his brother, Michael Maxwell.

Visitation at Steuernol & McLaren Funeral Home in West Branch will begin on Tuesday, May 21, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. until the time of the funeral service at 1:00 p.m. with Veteran honors. Burial will follow at Logan Township Cemetery. The Rev. Brian Chace will officiate.
