Dolores M. Teeples

Dolores M. Teeples, age 79 of Rose City, passed away Wednesday, April 22, 2009 at Bortz Health Care in Rose City. Mrs. Teeples had lived in Rose City since 1996, formerly of the Detroit area. She was a member of the New Hope Baptist Church and was a choir member. Dolores retired from Sears in 1993. She loved the outdoors. Dolores is survived by her husband, Ellis of Rose City, children, Mike Lord of Farmington Hills, Debbie (Nick Turner) Ingram of Canton, Monroe and Karen Watkins, Rhonda Raby, Jeff (Crystal Tallent) Teeples, and Lloyd Ingram all of Wayne, grandchildren, Christian and Matthew Lord, Melissa Murdoch, Jason Watkins, Dorrie and Mark Leach, Shaun Raby, Matt Raby, Angie (Matt Harper)Raby, Dillion Tallent and Derek Tallent and great-grandchildren, Makayla Lord, Kylee Murdoch, Audrey Raby, Brianna Harper, Evan Harper, Dixie Watkins, Kaylee Watkins, Kurstin Watkins and Courtney Leach and her daughter in law, Chris Lake of Traverse City. She was preceded in death by her 1st husband Howard Lord and her son, Tim Teeples. Visitation at the Steuernol & McLaren Funeral Home in Rose City will begin Thursday, April 23, 2009 from 5-9 p.m. and Friday from 12-9 p.m. The Funeral Service will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday, April 25, 2009 at the funeral home. Pastor Steven Harmon and Pastor Roger Green will officiate. Burial will follow at Lane Heights Cemetery, Lupton.
