Don R. Greer

Mr. Greer passed away at West Branch Regional Medical Center. He had lived in Ogemaw County for the past 40 years. He was a member of the Ogemaw County Sheriff's Dept. and was a past constable for Edwards Township. He was a dairy farmer, an avid horseman and a square dancer. Mr. Greer is survived by his wife Winona Greer of Prescott, children--Georgia (Outhai) Patthanacharoenphon of Flushing, Douglas (Judy) Greer of West Branch and Terri (John) Nephew of Bay City. Grandchildren--Shawn, Dominique, Ashlee (Kirt) Cameron, Andrea, Casey and Jerred and 3 great-grandchildren--Catherine, Shyanne and Jackson, many nieces and nephews and 11 brothers and sisters. Visitation at the Steuernol & McLaren Funeral Home in West Branch will begin on Wednesday November 12, 2003 from 6-9 P.M. and Thursday from 12-9 P.M. The Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 A.M. Friday November 14, 2003 at the funeral home. Rev. Philip Seitz will officiate with burial following at Brookside Cemetery, West Branch. Memorial Contributions may be made to the Trinity Episcopal Church of West Branch or to the American Heart Association.
