Donna "Joann" Matteson

Mrs. Matteson passed away at Cheboygan Memorial Hospital. She had been a resident of West Branch since 1967, formerly of Madison Heights. She was a volunteer for Hospice of Helping Hands, a member of the Lions Club, the Eastern Star and the Oak Grove Log Church of Clement Township. Mrs. Matteson is survived by her husband Otis of West Branch, sons--Mike (Sandy) Soring of West Branch and Gary Soring of Luzerne, grandchildren Dawn and Michael and great-grandchild, Aden Rose. Also surviving is her dear friend, Kay Blanchard of West Branch. Visitation at the Steuernol & McLaren Funeral Home in West Branch will begin on Wednesday September 3, 2003 from 5-9 P.M and Thursday from 3-9 P.M. The Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 A.M. Friday at the Funeral Home. Pastor Paul Klassen will officiate with burial following at Edwards Township Cemetery. Memorial Contributions may be made to the Oak Grove Log Church Youth Fund or to Hospice of Helping Hands.
