Douglas Jerome Weible

Douglas Jerome Weible, age 78, passed away on Monday, December 6, 2021 at his home in West Branch, MI surrounded by his loving family. He lived in West Branch since 1995, formerly from the Flint and Burton area.

Doug was born on January 7, 1943 in Flint, MI to Ralph and Mable (Gordon) Weible. He married Judy Rozell in 1962, who he affectionally called “his Bride”.

Doug attended Kearsley High School. He worked as a General Manager of skilled trades at AC Spark Plug. He was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Davison and New Beginnings Lutheran Church in West Branch. Doug was a faithful servant and always helpful with giving of his time and skills. Doug was a talented person and with his wife, Judy, built their dream home in West Branch. He enjoyed walking in the park and spending time with his family.

Doug is survived by his loving wife, Judy; daughters, Vickie (Frank) Foster of Davison, Cheryl (Jim) Trenkle of Grand Blanc, Jeanette (Bo) Stalling of Ortonville, and Gina (Todd) Chartrand of Davison; grandchildren, Amber, Frankie, Rikki, Hannah, Jacob, Jacy, Justin, Andrew, and Brendan; great grandchildren, Gage, Gabriella, Gunner, Connor, Miya, and Lydia; and sister Dorothy Taylor of Otter Lake.

He is preceded in death by his brother, Ralph Jr. and sister, Joyce McDaniel.

Per his wishes, cremation has taken place.

A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. with visitation starting at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, December 16, 2021 at Trinity Lutheran Church, 706 W Flint St, Davison, MI 48423.
