Eleanor Marie Buckley

Eleanor Marie Buckley, age 91, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, September 21, 2016 at her home at The Brook in West Branch, MI. She had recently moved to West Branch from West Bloomfield, MI. Eleanor was born on April 5, 1925 to Leo and Antoinette Kerwin in Detroit, MI. She married her high school crush, Edward Buckley, on June 18, 1948.
Eleanor is survived by her sons, Donald (Patricia) Buckley and Mark (Peggy) Buckley; daughters, Marilyn (Kirk) Louis and Leonore (James) Tisso; grandchildren, Angela Buckley, Kelley (John) Rose, Matthew (Jessica) Buckley, Meghan (Jesse) Carr, Lindsay (Michael) Barber, Charles Cockram, Jason (Amanda) Buckley, and Gwendolyn Buckley; 14 great grandchildren; and her sister, Alice Singer. She is preceded in death by her husband of 67 years, Edward Buckley in May 2016, parents and sister.A family memorial service will be scheduled at a later time.
