Ellis J. Kinyon

January 13, 1912 — April 17, 2005

Ellis J. Kinyon of Lupton, passed away at Huron Valley Hospital in Commerce Township after a brief illness. He had lived in Lupton for all of his life. He was a member of the Lupton Friends Church, a past Boy Scout leader, he drove school bus for the Rose City Schools for 27 years, was the Goodar Township Supervisor for 22 years and he had his pilots license. Mr. Kinyon is survived by his wife Margaret of Lupton, daughter--Merry (James) Bell of Milford, grandchildren, David (Lea) Bell of Longmont, CO, Nicole (Michael) Roberts of Ypsilanti and Merit (Kampou) Sophabmisay of Hartland and 7 great-grandchildren. Visitation at the Steuernol & McLaren Funeral Home in Rose City will begin on Monday April 18, 2005 from 3-9 P.M. The Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 A.M. Tuesday at the funeral home. Pastor Jack Rice will officate. Burial will follow at Lane Heights Cemetery, Lupton.
