Eulalia Edith Gardner, passed away March 26, 2006, at Rose Wood Rest Home in Independence, Missouri. We appreciate the care and love given to her by the staff during her stay. Formerly of Dearborn Heights, MI. she was born August 27, 1916 in West Branch, MI. to William & Eva Fisher. She was active in the Community of Christ Church all her life; teaching Sunday School, playing piano and, for several years in West Branch and Riverview, MI., where he was responsible for the editing and production of the church newsletter. She was a bookkeeper and worked as such for several different businesses in the Detroit area. She was preceded in death by husband, John Gardner. She is survived by one son, Ronald (La Vonne) Harris, three daughters Nancy (Gene) Hagaman, Audrey (Doug) Stephens, Brenda (Michael) George. One Step son, Bob Boomer, two step daughters, Mildred Christy & Mary McNutt. Grandchildren Randall & Russell (Sharon) Harris, Cheryl Crownover, Dr. Julie (Don) Dyer & Jeff Hagaman, Michael (Dawn) George, Paul & Jason George, Tony & Sean (Milessa) Stephens. 13 great grandchildren, and 2 great, great grandchildren. Visitation will be at Steuernol & McLaren Funeral Home in West Branch, Friday evening March 31, 6-9 p.m. Service will be Saturday April 1, 11 a.m. with Evangelist William Dawson of Community Of Christ, burial will follow in Brookside Cemetery in West Branch.
