Filbert Tissue Jr.

Filbert Tissue Jr., age 82, passed away at the Bay Regional Medical Center in Bay City, Michigan. Filbert has lived in West Branch since 1985 previously of Warren, MI and South Connellsville, PA. Filbert was a lifetime member of the Fraternal Order of the Eagles and Moose Lodge both of West Branch, and he also belonged to the American Legion Post #416 of St. Helen. Filbert is survived by 3 children Dianne (Dave) Clemons of Canton, MI; Gregory (Debi) Tissue of Waterford, MI; and Jeffrey Tissue of West Branch, MI. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and a sister Bettie White of Vanderbilt, PA. Per his wishes a cremation has taken place and no services will be held.
