Herbert W. Tyson Sr.

Mr. Tyson passed away at his home. He had been a resident of St. Helen since 1974, formerly of Imlay City. He was a member of the American Legion Post #416, St. Helen. Mr. Tyson is survived by his wife Betty Tyson of St. Helen, children--Linda (Lee) Laux, Andy (Staci) Tyson, Doug Tyson and Victor (Kathleen) Tyson all of St. Helen, Herbert Tyson Jr of Florida, Alice (Joe) Zoldos of Clarkston, 26 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. Also surviving are his sisters, Alice (Charles) May of Troy and Betty (Bob) McDermitt of California and his brother Joseph (Jean) Tyson of St. Helen. Visitation at the Steuernol & McLaren Funeral Home in St. Helen will begin on Wednesday February 18, 2004 at 10:00 A.M. until the time of the service at 2:00 P.M. Burial will follow at Fairview Cemetery, St. Helen.
