Ira A. Corey

Ira A. Corey, age 85 of Indian River, passed away Saturday, November 26, 2005. He had lived in Indian River since 1969, formerly of Bay City. He was a member of the Mason's and the ROTC and he enjoyed boating and being with his family. Mr. Corey is survived by his wife Doris Corey of Indian River, daughter, Nancy Corey of Traverse City, grandchildren, Troy, Tracey, Marcella, Camille and Jeremy and great-grandchildren, Corey, Kayla, Abby, Joshua, Mitchell and Alexander and his Godson, Ronald Lindquist. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Carol Fellows. Visitation at the Steuernol & McLaren Funeral Home in West Branch will begin on Friday, December 2, 2005 at 2:00 pm until the time of the service at 3:00 pm. Rev. Dan Stoneback will officate with burial following at Brookside Cemetery, West Branch.
