James Robert Phipps

James R. Phipps, age 77, passed away on Monday, April 16, 2018 at MidMichigan Medical Center in West Branch. He was born on May 29, 1940 in Huntsville, AL to Therman and Vivian (Harbin) Phipps. He has lived in West Branch since 1987, formerly of Royal Oak, MI. James served in the Army during Vietnam. He will be missed by his friends. Thank you to the Villa at Rose City for the wonderful care.

Per his wishes, cremation has taken place and no service is scheduled. Interment of ashes will be at Valhalla Memory Garden in Huntsville, AL.
