Jerry V. Reed

Mr. Reed passed away at his home after an extended illness. He had lived in West Branch since 1982, formerly of Taylor. He was a member of the VFW, Skidway Lake Post #3774. Mrs. Reed is survived by his daughters, Kathryn (James) Gorcyca of Marysville and Margie Reed of West Branch. Grandchildren--Brian (Katie) Gorcyca of Lake Orion and Wendy (Ken) Krill of White Lake, 3 great-grandchildren--Sarah and Benjamin Gorcyca of Lake Orion and Kevin Krill of White Lake. He was preceded in death by his wife Nellie (Przywara) Reed on May 11, 1998. Visitation at the Steuernol & McLaren Funeral Home in West Branch will begin on Monday May 5, 2003 from 2-9 P.M. The Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, 11:00 A.M. at the funeral home. Memorial Contributions may be made to the Ogemaw County Humane Society.
