John "Jack" Thomas Horn

John “Jack” Thomas Horn, age 84, of St. Helen, Michigan died on June 9, 2015 at home with his family and friends by his side, husband of the late Cornelia Horn, joined together again.

Surviving are his three children, Tina (Phil), Jack Jr. (Roseanna), and Mark; 9 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren, and his best companion and friend, Colie, his dog.

He will be laid to rest in the great state of Texas along with his wife at their wishes.
