John “Rocco” Mrowca III, age 69, passed away Saturday, March 1, 2014 at McLaren Bay Region in Bay City, MI. John has lived in Lupton since 1995, formerly from Taylor, MI. He was born to John and Stella (Nichols) Mrowca II in Dearborn, MI on February 3, 1945. John was retired from Ford Motor Company, a member of the Hale Eagles, Skidway Lake Moose Lodge and Taylor Road Rangers. He enjoyed fishing, hunting and going to the Cedar Bar with his friends. John is survived by his daughter, Tammy (Jimmy) Starr of Artesia, NM; brother: David Mrowca of Taylor, MI; and 3 grandchildren. He will be sadly missed by his dear friend, companion, and care taker, Toni Foor. John is preceded in death by his parents and sister, Dorothy Coffman. Arrangements were handled by Steuernol & McLaren Funeral Home in Rose City, MI.
