Karen Irene Lapere

Karen Irene LaPere, age 63, passed away on Sunday, January 31, 2016 in Rose City, MI. She had lived in Rose City, MI since 1995, formerly of Taylor, MI. Karen was born to Rene and Hyacinth (Stephenson) LaPere in Monroe, MI on August 27, 1952. She enjoyed camping, going to the beach, and campfires.

Karen is survived by her son, Thomas Holton II of Lupton, MI; grandchildren, Emily, Tanner, Amanda, Shyanne, and Michelle; sisters, Renee Lisa Lockhart of Lupton, MI and Sharon (Les) Gratt of Coldwater, MI; brothers, Gregory LaPere of Wyandotte, MI and Eugene LaPere of Wyandotte, MI. She is preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Lee Holton, daughters, Sherry Pomeroy and Michelle Pomeroy, and brothers, Ronnie LaPere and Dwayne LaPere.

Cremation has taken place and no services are scheduled at this time.
