Leo A. Butler

July 9, 1908 — August 6, 2003

Mr. Butler passed away at Allegan County Medical Care Facility. He had been a resident of Hopkins since 1997, formerly of West Branch. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus #2022, West Branch and St. Joseph Catholic Church. Mr. Butler is survived by his wife Ann Butler of Hopkins, stepdaughters, Margaret Valley-Kenyon of Florida and Hazel (Neil) Latter of Hopkins, 14 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren. Also surviving are his sister Mary Sherman and brother Charles (Hazel) Butler both of West Branch. He was preceded in death by a stepson Doyle Winter. Visitation at the Steuernol & McLaren Funeral Home in West Branch will begin on Thursday August 7, 2003 from 1-9 P.M. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11:00 A.M. Friday at St. Joseph Catholic Church in West Branch. Fr. Robert Bissot will officate with burial following at St. Joseph Cemetery, West Branch.
