Leona Bailer

Leona Bailer, age 94, of Zephyrhills FL, passed away Thursday, May 10, 2007 at the Zephyr Haven Center. Before moving to Florida, she spent most of her life a resident of Lupton. Leona is survived by her daughter, Ann Bailer of Dade City, FL, granddaughters, Peggy Kile and Beverly Sloan both of Dade City, FL., Karen Card of Largo, FL. and her great-grandchildren, Amanda, Nathan, Joey, Abby and Ryan. She was preceded in death by her husband, Pete, her daughter, Linda, her sister Ruth Thayer, brother in law, Red and niece Leslie Carol Lauwers. Visitation at the Steuernol & McLaren Funeral Home in Rose City will begin on Monday, May 14, 2007 at 11:00 a.m. until the time of the service at 1:00 p.m. Rev. Dan Stoneback will officiate with burial following at Lane Heights Cemetery, Lupton. In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions be made to Hospice of Helping Hands, West Branch.
