Lorraine D. Ellison

Lorraine D. Ellison, 91, passed away July 25, 2013, at Horizon Senior Living in St. Helen, MI; she was born May 5, 1922, in Marquette, MI. Lorraine is survived by her two children and their spouses, Charlotte Greig (James), West Branch, MI, and Robert M. Ellison (Frances), Brooklyn, MI; three grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; sister Roseabelle Sikora, Chicago, IL; and sister-in-law Pam DeJonghe, Chicago, IL. Lorraine is preceded in death by her husband, Francis Marion Ellison; brothers Richard DeJonghe and Edward DeJonghe; sisters Sedona Boy and Martha Hull; and great-granddaughter Frances "Frankie" M. Carle. Memorial service will be at 11 a.m. on Saturday, August 24, at Trinity Episcopal Church, West Branch, MI. The family will receive friends at church from 10 a.m. until the time of service at 11 a.m. Rev Brian Chace will officiate. Arrangements handled by the Steuernol and McLaren Funeral Home, West Branch.
