Marjorie J. (Kingen) Hennen

February 11, 1917 — March 12, 2003

Mrs. Hennen, age 86, passed away at West Branch Regional Medical Center. She had lived in West Branch for all of her life. She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church, the St. Joseph Ladies Altar Society, the Michigan Farm Bureau, a Tolfree Hospital Auxiliary Member and a Hospice of Helping Hands volunteer. Mrs. Hennen is survived by her children, Robert Kingen of West Branch and Linda (Jim) Gavigan of Novi, stepchildren--Maureen (Larry) Schumann of Whitehall, Louise (John) Wheeler of Poway, CA. and Mark Hennen of California, grandchildren--Brenda Kingen and Tami Kingen both of St. Louis MO., Kimberly (Dave) Zygiel and Kelly (Darin) Childs both of West Branch, Jami (Randy) Wetzel of Lakeland, FL., Derek Gavigan of Chicago, IL., step-grandchildren-Loree, Paul and Dan, great-grandchildren Courtney, Conor, Jacey, Justin, Devin and Tess, and 6 step great-grandchildren. A sister in law, Catherine Winter also survives. She was preceded in death by her husbands, Virgil Kingen and Maurice Hennen, a brother Lloyd Winter and a sister and brother in law, Genevieve and Ed Reminder. Visitation at the Steuernol & McLaren Funeral Home in West Branch will begin Thursday March 14, 2003 from 7-9 P.M., Friday from 12-9 P.M. with a Scripture Service Friday evening, 8:00 P.M. at the funeral home. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday March 15, 2003, 12:30 P.M. at St. Joseph Catholic Church in West Branch. Fr. Robert Bissot will officate with burial following at St. Joseph Cemeter. Memorial Contributions may be made to Hospice of Helping Hands or the St. Joseph School Endowment Fund.
