Marvin "Andy" E. Anderson

Marvin E. “Andy” Anderson, age 82, passed away Sunday, January 19, 2014 at Bortz Health Care of Rose City. Andy has lived in West Branch since 1967, formerly of Detroit, MI. He was born to Edward and Marjorie Anderson on September 12, 1931 in Waltz, Michigan. Andy was in the Air Force National Guard and was a Sergeant with the Michigan State Police from 1955 – 1983. Andy is survived by his wife, Jane Anderson of West Branch; his son, Frank E. “Andy” (Erika) Anderson of Murphysboro, IL; grandchildren: Cordy and Clark Anderson; and many nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents: Edward and Marjorie Anderson; and brother, Robert Anderson. Arrangements were handled by Steuernol & McLaren Funeral Home in West Branch, MI. A private Graveside Service will be held at a later date.
