Mary Jane Gassman

Mrs. Gassman, age 78, passed away peacefully at her son's home. She had been a resident of Alger since 1971, formerly of Southgate. Mrs. Gassman is survived by her children, Henry (Dorothy) Gassman of Alger and Kathryn (Bernard) Warner of Gaylord. Also surviving are 6 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild. Her sister Vivian Harris of Benzonia also survives. Visitation at the Steuernol & McLaren Funeral Home in West Branch will begin on Tuesday August 31, 2004 at 9:00 a.m. until the time of the Funeral Service at 2:00 P.M. Pastor Bruce Asbell will officiate.
