Matthew Allen Johnson

Matthew Allen Johnson, age 38, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, August 4, 2018 in Davison, MI. He was born on October 1, 1979 in Flint, MI to Donald and Dawn (Hagerman) Johnson. Matthew has lived in Davison for the last 15 years, formerly of Flint. He is employed with AIS in Howell, MI where he worked as an electrician. He enjoyed fishing, motorcycling, target shooting, golfing, bowling and loved his truck.

Matthew is survived by his parents, Donald and Dawn Johnson of St. Helen, MI; sister, Amy (Troy) Bolin; nephews, Jesse Bolin, Nile Bolin and Gene Bolin; and longtime friend and brother, Matthew (Lisa) Donaldson and Miles Donaldson; aunts, Pamela Johnson, Dee Johnson and Kimi Folaron; and his AIS work family.

The funeral service will be at Steuernol & McLaren Funeral Home in St. Helen, MI on Wednesday, August 8, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. with visitation beginning at 10:00 a.m. Amy Schmitt will officiate.
