Pauline I. Verhegghe

Mrs. Verhegghe passed away at St. Mary's Hospital-Standish. She had been a resident of Alger since 1977, formerly of Flint. She was a member of St. John Lutheran Church in West Branch. Mrs. Verhegghe is survived by her children--Maxine (Gary) Mayer of Remus, Leona Williams of Alger, Barbara (William) Ruff of Harrison Township, Leon Verhegghe of Arkansas, 12 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and 5 great-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Meil, a son Ronald and 6 sisters. Visitation at the Steuernol & McLaren Funeral Home in West Branch will be held from 1-9 P.M. on Tuesday January 20, 2004. The Funeral Service will be at 11:00 A.M. Wednesday at St. John Lutheran Church in West Branch. Rev. Carlo Sgambelluri will officiate. Burial will be at Flint Memorial Park, Mt. Morris.
