Richard Todd Blanchard

Richard Todd Blanchard, age 46, passed away Sunday, September 21, 2008 at St. Joseph Hospital in Tawas. Richard had lived in the West Branch area for most of his life. Survivors include his mother, Katherine Blanchard of West Branch, his sister, Janet (David) Yantz and brothers, John (Anita) Blanchard and Floyd (Wanda) Blanchard all of West Branch and Donald (Sue) Blanchard of Pinconning. He was preceded in death by his father, Floyd Blanchard Sr. and a sister, Cynthia Blanchard. Visitation at the Steuernol & McLaren Funeral Home in West Branch will begin at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, September 25, 2008 until the time of the service at 1:00 p.m. Burial will take place at Brookside Cemetery.
