Robert L. Lee

Robert L. Lee, age 79 of West Branch, passed away at his home Wednesday, October 28, 2009. Mr. Lee had lived in the West Branch/Clear Lake area since 1967, formerly of Saginaw. He was a member of the Ogemaw Hills Snowmobile Club and the Clear Lake Fire Department, a life member of the American Legion and served 25 years as president of Union Local #1098 in Saginaw. Robert is survived by his wife Rebecca of West Branch, children, Bob (Kathy) Kaseman and John (Pat) Kaseman both of West Branch, Patricia Parent of Saginaw, Robert (Amy) Champe of Macomb Township, Jacqueline (Steve) Champe-Bagshaw of New York, NY, Margaret (John) Paugh of Bowling Green, OH, Brian (Wyana) Mahs of Phoenix, AZ, 8 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. Also surviving are his sisters, Ardith LaMere of Essexville and Vivian Freeman of Tawas. Visitation at the Steuernol & McLaren Funeral Home in West Branch will be held on Sunday, November 1, 2009 from 2-7 p.m. The funeral will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday at the funeral home. Burial will take place at the East Tawas Cemetery in East Tawas. Memorial Contributions may be made to Heartland Hospice, West Branch.
