Rodney Lee Krotzer

Rodney L. Krotzer, age 56, passed away Wednesday, June 26, 2013 at Bortz Health Care in West Branch. Rodney had lived in West Branch for the past 31 years, formerly of Midland. He enjoyed bowling, Special Olympics, car shows, Elvis and the TV show “The Dukes of Hazzard”. Rodney was always ready to show you his favorite car or to flash his police badge. He saw the world through a child’s eyes. Rodney lived life to the fullest with a passion as big as his voice and a deep love expressed through his bear hugs. Rodney is survived by his father Robert Krotzer of West Branch and his sisters Altha (Allen) Bitler, Roxann Ellis and Mary Beth Krotzer. Also surviving are his nieces and nephews Michelle, Leslee, Barry, Tara, Elizabeth, Ashley and Brandon, and 16 great-nieces and nephews. He is at home in heaven, holding tightly to his Mom. Visitation at the Steuernol & McLaren Funeral Home in West Branch will begin on Tuesday, July 2, 2013 at 12:30 p.m. until the time of the service at 2:00 p.m. John Scott and Alan Withers will officiate.
