Ronald Lee Barker

Ronald Lee Barker, age 80, passed away on Tuesday, October 19, 2021 at The Villa at West Branch. He lived in West Branch since 1987, formerly of Cadillac.

Ronald was born on December 3, 1940 in Petoskey to Arthur and Thelma (Kabelman) Barker.

He enjoyed working on computers and worked as a repairman on electronics.

Ronald is survived by his loving wife, Carol Barker of West Branch; children, Gary (Charlene) Saunders of VA, Andy Saunders of West Branch, Christina Bookheimer of Kalamazoo, MI and Ronald Barker Jr. of IN; 15 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren; sisters, Norma DeLong and Patsy (Stanley) Johnston both of Hulbert, MI; and brother-in-law, Louis (Julie) Nichols of Cadillac.

He is preceded in death by his parents and brother, Richard Barker.

Per his wishes, cremation has taken place.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, December 4, 2021 at 1:30 p.m. at First United Methodist Church in West Branch.
